Amazing experience!! I really had a great time with Ms. Epic. She’s an amazing coach.

Went today and literally what a great experience, I hope I am able to come back soon!! Ms.Epic is a great coach and for it being my first time ever I felt confident and she’s very patient!!

My first class was Pole Curious with Ziggy and I absolutely loved it. After her class I decided to continue coming and started with Open Pole. Mrs. Epic is also AMAZING! I have learned so much in 2 weeks. If you are looking to learn new pole skills and grow, Epic Dance and Fitness is the place!

I just booked a party with Tamisha. She was awesome. She was very helpful and made sure I knew exactly what was about to happen. I have called her so many times but she has been very helpful every single time. I can not wait for our class.

My experience at Epic Dance and Fitness was great! Miss Epic was very knowledgeable and an excellent instructor! She took her time and broke down the movements for me. I attended the beginner pole dancing class and would definitely recommend this class to anyone who is curious about pole dancing. Be prepared to be pushed and get a great work out in!

Ms. Epic was amazing. She really took time to breakdown each move and show correct foot, hand, and ankle placement. The studio is also very clean and fosters a great spirt for teaching as well as leaning. I will be joining them again!

Absolutely loved my first time experience attending a beginner pole class. It was a small class of six, half experienced and half beginners. The class started with stretching, a small core workout session, and finished with learning pole moves. This particular class was taught by the owner Epic, who made me feel extremely comfortable. She provided modifications to stretches and pole moves to give options based on comfort level. She was very friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable! I really enjoyed the drop in class and I will be back!!!

Such a great experience!! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The classes are great and the facilities are very much worth it!! I have tried two other places and by far this is the best place to be and grow.

Today was my first class. Miss Epic made me feel so welcome and comfortable like I'd been there forever! She was genuinely excited to have me there and I appreciate that so much. She worked with me on my moves since I'm new and quite stiff. The personal treatment gave me a lot of confidence that with practice I can be great at dancing. The studio is big and beautiful. I can't wait to come back for more classes. They have so many to choose from! I know I just got the best workout ever, my body so grateful.

Well - I finally had a real pole class after all these years. I found this place Epic Dance and called them up. The owner called me back immediately and I was impressed with her upbeat and delightful personality. She told me about all the classes and how it works - So I went yesterday and had my first class. I do have some pole experience but always wanted to be able to do more. So the studio is gorgeous. It's big, clean, fun, and very inviting. The instructor Coco was just a delight and spent ample time with each of the class participants. She listened to my questions about grip placement and understood the deficits I have from wear and tear on my body and was able to show me a few new things on the pole. It felt great. I will be back and can't wait to learn more and harder stuff. Miss Epic has a gold mine here. She offers all different kinds of classes from conditioning type classes,to straight out pole dancing. Definitely recommend. Absolutely phenomenal dance studio.

My first time there was on 02/09/2018 and me and the ladies had a BLAST????!!! The ENTIRE staff were soooo nice and inviting!! We cannot WAIT to take more classes there!! I’m sore but it was all worth it!!!

I absolutely love Epic. It is the best dance/fitness studio in Jackson, Ms hands down! This studio offers a variety of classes for kids (Jazz, Barr, Contemporary), adults and/or teens (fitness, pole, Ariel silks, TRX, Zumba, Kangoo Jumps). I have been taking classes here for 4 years and have seen so many body confidence and weight loss results. Don't let the pink walls fool you, this is a great environment male & female environment that has amazing instructors.

There are classes 7 days a week, pop up professional workshops from instructors, awesome class specials and memberships to choose from. Definitely follow their Instagram for workshop and event nights because they always sell out & are amazing. For example, I've attended Vision Board parties, Naughty Girl Parties, Glow n the Dark Pole, fitness classes with Bodied By J.

Also, ask about their infrared sauna, 30mins of pure fresh heat cleansing my body before or after a class feels amazing!

The environment and vibes in this studio is EVERYTHING!

I went to Epic for the first time this morning and I absolutely loved it. The studio is just gorgeous. Ms. Smiley and Mrs. Epic made me feel welcome and made sure that I was comfortable and safe. I highly recommend these knowledge and fun ladies!

After I had my twin sons, my body was completely out of shape... I went to Epic Dance and Fitness and they encouraged me, as I started my process and journey to weight loss. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is passionate about helping you to better yourself. I also had my 30th birthday party there and it was fanstatic.

The best customer service . The instructors were very knowledgeable about their classes. So many different class selections and I had so much fun . The best place ever . The studio is very clean.

The service was exceptional! I had my bachelorette party there! I had a few(being modest) questions and Mrs. Epic went over and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Our instructor, D Jay, was amazing. His personality made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed.
